Shipping Policy

To deliver products to you safely and promptly, we have established the following shipping policy.

After your order and payment are completed, products are shipped on the following schedule.

One-time purchases and the first subscription order As a rule, shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and the year-end/New Year holidays) after your order is confirmed.
Subscriptions (second delivery onward) Shipped automatically according to the delivery interval you selected.

*If delivery is delayed due to bad weather, carrier circumstances, or any other reason, we will promptly notify you by email or other means.

The delivery method depends on the number of boxes delivered at one time (order quantity).

[For deliveries of 1 box] As a rule, shipped by mailbox delivery (Nekopos, etc.).
- It is usually delivered to your mailbox about 1–3 days after shipping.
- Note: As this is mailbox delivery, delivery dates and times cannot be specified. Delivery is deemed complete when the carrier's tracking system shows "delivered to mailbox."
[For deliveries of 2 or more boxes (exceeding mailbox package size)] Due to package size, shipped by courier (hand delivery).
- Note: If you are not home, the carrier will leave a notice in your mailbox; please request redelivery from the carrier within the holding period. If the product is returned to us due to an extended absence or similar reason, you may be charged for reshipping.

The following shipping fees (tax included) apply depending on the total order amount and delivery area (Honshu, Hokkaido, Shikoku, and Kyushu).

Order total under ¥7,000 (e.g., an order of 1 box) Mailbox delivery: flat rate of ¥350 nationwide
Order total under ¥13,000 and exceeding mailbox package size (e.g., an order of 2 boxes) Standard courier: ¥700
Order total of ¥13,000 or more (e.g., the 3-box set) Free shipping (we cover the full cost)
