Change subscription cycle

Can I change my order interval?

You can do so using the following methods.

 

1. If you wish to change your next delivery date

If you want to adjust the timing of your next delivery, we recommend using "Change delivery date (payment date)" rather than changing the cycle.

After the change, the next delivery cycle (2 weeks, 4 weeks, or 6 weeks) will begin from that date.

2. If you wish to change your delivery interval (2 weeks, 4 weeks, or 6 weeks)

If you would like to change your delivery pace on an ongoing basis, you can do so by following these steps:

 

Log in to My Page > Top left ≡ Menu > 定期便の確認・変更 (View/Change Subscription) > 詳細の確認・変更 (View/Change Details) > You can make changes from [サイクル変更 (Change Cycle)] in the contract status section.

[STEP 1]

Tap "定期便の確認・変更 (View/Change Subscription)" from the ≡ menu in the top left.

[STEP 2]

From "詳細の確認・変更 (View/Change Details)," tap the [サイクル変更 (Change Cycle)] button in the contract status section.

[STEP 3]

Tap the down arrow on the right and select your preferred delivery cycle.

The change is complete once you tap the [Change] button.
