When will my order arrive?

Orders are typically shipped the day after they are placed (excluding Sundays and holidays), and will arrive within 1–2 days of shipment (for the Honshu and Shikoku regions).

Please allow an additional day for delivery to Hokkaido and Kyushu, and an additional 2–3 days for Okinawa and remote islands. Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, or incorrect address information provided.

For orders of a single box, we will ship via mailbox delivery (Yamato Transport), which allows for easy delivery even if you are not home.

Once your order has shipped, we will send a separate email with the tracking number, titled "[BRAIN PRO] Your order has been shipped."
