How to change the credit card for a recurring order

How to change the credit card for your subscription

Log in to My Page > Menu (☰) at top left > 定期便の確認・変更 (View/Change Subscription) > 詳細の確認・変更 (View/Change Details) > Payment Method > Send update link to registered email address > Update your credit card information via the link in the email you receive.

[STEP 1]

Tap "定期便の確認・変更 (View/Change Subscription)" from the menu (☰) at the top left.

[STEP 2]

Tap "詳細の確認・変更 (View/Change Details)."

[STEP 3]

Scroll to the very bottom of the screen to the Payment Method section and tap "Change."

[STEP 4]

Tap the Send button to have an email sent to your registered email address. You can update your card information by following the link provided in the email.
