How to change the billing address
Note: My Page is currently available in Japanese only. Button names are shown in Japanese, with English in parentheses.
I would like to change my billing address. How can I do this?
For single purchases or orders where payment has already been confirmed
For system security reasons, the billing address cannot be changed.
We will handle this individually via PDF.
Please contact us using the form below with your order number, address, full name, registered email address, and a request for an invoice.

For subscriptions and future orders
You will need to update your payment information.
Please enter your desired billing address on the payment information update screen.
You can change your payment method by following the steps below.
STEP 1
Tap "詳細の確認・変更 (View/Change Details)" from the subscription list.

STEP 2
Scroll down to the Payment Method section and tap "Change."
STEP 3
When you tap the send button, an email will be sent to your registered email address. You can change your billing information by following the link provided in the email.
