How to skip a scheduled delivery

I want to skip my subscription

What does it mean to skip a subscription?

When you skip a subscription, you skip the next scheduled delivery.

Example:If your next delivery date is April 1st

No skip: Delivered on April 1st

If on a 2-week cycle: Delivered on April 15th

If on a 4-week cycle: Delivered on April 29th

If on a 6-week cycle: Delivered on May 13th

*Actual delivery dates vary depending on your contract details.

Log in to My Page > Top left ≡ Menu > 定期便の確認・変更 (View/Change Subscription) > [スキップ (Skip)] in the contract status field

Details: [STEP 1]

Tap "定期便の確認・変更 (View/Change Subscription)" from the ≡ menu in the top left.

[STEP 2]

Tap [スキップ (Skip)] in the contract status field.

[STEP 3]

Tap "Skip," and once the next payment date has been updated, the skip is complete.
