How to pause a recurring subscription
Note: My Page is currently available in Japanese only. Button names are shown in Japanese, with English in parentheses.
If you have too much product or would like to change your pace, you can use [スキップ (Skip)], [決済日を変更 (Change Payment Date)], or [Change Delivery Interval] instead of canceling. Please check these options first.

If you still wish to pause your subscription, you can do so yourself 24 hours a day by following the steps below.
How to pause your subscription
[STEP 1]
Tap the menu in the top left corner, then tap "Login" at the bottom left. Log in to your My Page using the email address used at the time of purchase.
[STEP 2]
Tap the menu in the top left corner and tap "定期便の確認・変更 (View/Change Subscription)" (3rd from the top).
[STEP 3]
Tap "詳細の確認・変更 (View/Change Details)," scroll to the bottom of the screen, and tap "定期コースを一時停止 (Pause Subscription)."
[STEP 4]
A pop-up will appear; if everything is correct, tap "Pause."
[STEP 5]
Confirm that your contract status has changed.
The pause procedure is now complete.
